Which sport is harder to become GREAT at, basketball or baseball?

It is more difficult to play basketball then baseball if you never played before. The motion of swinging a bat at a ball is much easier then shooting a ball into a basket. Also dribbling takes skill. In baseball, you just have to run to the base. Defense is more difficult in baseball though. It's harder to field then it is to play defense in basketball. So, actually after rethinking it i'd say equal. Because the offensive part is more difficult for basketball while the defense is more difficult for baseball.
