My voice hasnt been the same????!!!?

Ive been told that ive been a really good singer, but my voice just hasnt been the same for a few months. Like the notes squeek or just dont sound the same. I dont know why. Any ideas what could be causing it???? and HOW DO YOU FIX IT??
