Am i sick enough not to go to school?

I have a temp. of 100.6 and i feel sick. i have a cough, runny nose, and mucus in my throat. my voice is hoarse & i feel really tired. I had chills earlier. My best friend has the swine flu. am i ok to go to school? or should i stay home 2morrow? my school's policy is that if you have a fever you have to stay home until you have been feverless for 24 hrs or more. but is 100.6ish a real fever? my normal body temp. is like 98 i think... soo?
