Is this more than 900 calories?

It depends but I would think you're short by a hundred calories or a little more than that. The slice of bread is about 120 calories, 150 for the soup, 200-250 for the chips & grated cheese and 200-250for the milk and cereal. Even if you're tyring to lose weight you need to eat a little more. Also make sure you're getting enough fluids.
