Is this girl into me or not ? Help me guys?

She kisses me, we make out, calls me in the night for hours and i call her. To be honest i am felling for her but not that quickly, i mean i like her and every time i am with her, i just can't stop looking in her eyes. The problem is that she thinks she doesn't have time for a relationship and says she is not ready yet. Well to be honest i know how it feels to be around her. I mean it feels so real, me and her, feels like yeah she really is into me, looks at me and holds my hand. Guys what should i do here ? What should i do to make her ready for me, or what is the problem, Help someone please.
