Serious speeding ticket question?

I had my license suspended about 1 year ago and I got it back after 6 months. That time I was wrong and plead guilty. But just today at 6:15pm, I was on HWY 75 in Cartersville, GA, and I was in the far left lane doing approximately 80 mph with cruise control. A car was coming so fast up behind me and I sped up to over take a truck and the next thing i saw a volkswagon fly by in the far right lane, and as soon as i overtook the truck the undercover car's blue lights came on and i got cited for 110 Mph. I know i wasnt doing 110. So the cop asked my y i was speeding and i didnt say a word. I was trying to move out of the way out of courtesy. I dont get it. He was following the volkswagon and then he came so fast up right behind me and i moved out of his way and he pulled me over and said 110 mph in a 70. now the Georgia law says anyone under 21 who is doing 24 or more gets their license suspended for 6 months. and he said i was doing 40!! what kind of options do i have. I really cannot afford to get my license taken away from me a second time. i work and go to school. I'm in serious trouble. I just need some honest and sincere advice. thank you. Also, should I hire an attorney? I really need to go to school and work!
