What is the best inexpensive PENCIL eyeliner?

You have to try Loreal Paris Extra Intense Liquid Pencil Liner.... Its a pencil, but it glides on smooth and creamy just like a liquid liner. I have the black (very black), brown, and gray, and I love them all. They are so easy to apply and last all day. I bought mine for 6 dollars, but Im not sure about how much it is in your are... it should be in that price range though..
