My browsing thru internet gets very very extremely slow....?

it takes a lot of time to get me signed in any of my mail accounts,then it takes much loger time to go to my inboxes.like wise i get very much delayed.i am even upset and think i have some prob with my p.c is there any way to make it fast? is it so that i should not have spy bot,spy blaster and aol all togrther running in my p.c. further i thim , i have also landed in a phishing site.which disables my pword protection seal every time i create and close.i have no proper answer to check this even from yahoo.pl.suggest me what should i do? experts pl. answer me . thanking you in advance .
