How to wean a baby off of feeding?

Mothers of fed babies please answer. I have a 10 month old whom I would like to have fully weaned by 12 months. As of now, she will eat her baby food and juice throughout the day. But when it's nap time and time to go to sleep for the night, she wants to be fed. I think it may be soothing her to sleep. Has any of you mothers had this problem and if so, how did you find a way for your baby to sleep without you having to feed he/she? She has never sucked a pacifier and refused the bottle a long time ago. She does drink out of a sippy cup, but I don't want to put her to sleep with it. Thanks for any help.
