Try taking the pills spread out over the day, instead of all at once. The standard dose is 25 mg 4 times a day, so you can take three pills 4 times a day. Take them with an aspirin and a caffeine pill. Also, if you take a 50 mg Benadryl capsule at night just before you go to bed it'll keep you from developing a tolerance to the ephedrine, so you don't have to cycle on and off it.
