Do you find it wrong that a restaurant/company refuses to hire whites and only hires minorities?

Now don't get me wrong, I am not against limited affirmative action or immigration but when I went by there a couple of times, I realized all the staff was Black or Hispanic or East Indian. I find it wrong for someone to fill up an entire restaurant with only colored people. It seems to me that there are other groups that can be promoted as well. My wife is more than qualified for a front staff/supervisor position and they always need staff as they are busy and always adveritsing for help. I think this is discriminatory.
