Calulation of R1 and R2 of ring final circuit?

If i measure my conductors end to end , LINE , NEUTRAL,CPC ,secondly add the value of LINE and NEUTRAL and divide by 4, is the measurement i will get at my sockets outlets, thirdly if i add my LINE and CPC values together and divide by 2 is this my R1 and R2 value for my cicruit or do i also divide my LINE and CPC by 4
